Returns
We hope you're happy with your purchase! But if it’s not quite what you expected, we're here to help.
You have 30 days to return your order, starting from the day you received your package. Want to send something back? Feel free to contact our customer service — we’re happy to assist you.
How to start a return
Send an email to info@ryvietoronto.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
- Your contact details
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important information
- Make sure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging — just as you received it.
- Returns sent without prior approval unfortunately cannot be accepted.
- Returns are made at your own risk. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Packages without tracking are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, lingerie, tights, or health products, regardless of whether they have been tried on or used.
